POLICIES

Advance Deposit/Prepayment Requirement:

5 - 6 nights:	$400 advance deposit
7 - 29 nights:	$500 advance deposit
30 nights or more:	$600 advance deposit


	All deposits due within 10 days of booking. All bookings are to be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival. Past guests exempt from 30-day prepayment requirement.

		Deposit/Refund/Cancellation:

			Notification for deposit refund must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of advance deposit.

Discount:	10% savings on 30-night stay

Check-in:	2:00 pm

Check-out:	Noon

	Deposit Requirement: $600 within 10 days of booking. Deposit/Refund/Cancellation: Notification of cancellation for deposit refund must be received by September 1st. Prepayment: Full payment of room and tax charges are due by October 15th. Past guests exempt from prepayment requirement. Minimum Stay: 10 nights.
