- A three night deposit is required to confirm all reservations; with payment in full due at check-in.
- For Christmas holiday reservations, a seven night deposit is required at time of booking; with a minimum of a 10 night stay.
- We reserve the right to release any reservation for which a deposit has not been received.

Deposit Refund and Cancellation
- Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited – no refund is given.
- Christmas Holiday cancellations are due by September 1st for a full refund.
- For Christmas Holiday cancellations received after September 1st, the deposit will be forfeited – no refund is given.

- Rates are subject to state and transient taxes – no resort fees or parking fees are charged.
- Rates are subject to change; however, rates for confirmed reservations (with deposit) are guaranteed.
- Management reserves the right to change room assignments.

- We have established maximum occupancy levels for each category of unit on property; of which is strictly enforced.
