Accommodation Details
The size and configuration of the 53 individually owned condominiums vary widely. They are uniquely furnished with many options to choose from. All rooms feature private lanai’s, ceiling fans and usual cool northeast trade winds.
All rooms also come with fully appointed kitchens for your convenience.
Please note: a portable air conditioner is located in the living room area of the studios and 1-bedroom units providing for privacy and cooler temperatures in the living and dining room areas. A ceiling fan and portable fan are available in the bedroom area. All the rooms and the entire property are 100% non-smoking.
We have limited complimentary parking; additional parking can be found on the public road.
Studio Accommodations
Garden View Studio
Garden View Studios are located in our Puamala wing, just 150 steps from the ocean. A lush tropical garden surrounds a solar-heated swimming pool to create a relaxing spot. With a king or queen bed, plus a sofa bed, Garden View Studios can accommodate up to three persons. If you have a bed preference, please let us know when you make your reservation.
Ocean View Studio
Situated just over 100 feet from the water’s edge, other resorts would consider these units ocean-front! The Ocean View Studio units are located in our Lokelani wing, which offers a fantastic view of neighboring island Moloka'i and the Pacific Ocean. These units are 500 square feet, offer a private lanai, and have either a king-size or queen-size bed, and can accommodate up to two person max. A few will accommodate three persons.
Oceanfront Studio
With a dramatic view of Maui’s best beach and the beautiful Bay, Ocean Front Studios directly face Napili’s sandy crescent beach and the island of Molokai. Housed in our Ilima wing (the wing closest to the ocean) are four premium Ocean Front Studio units. Every room features a private lanai – the perfect place to relax to the sounds of the surf and view one of West Maui’s best, most magnificent beaches. These 500 square foot studios have a king-size bed arrangement and will accommodate up to two person max, some will sleep three.
One Bedroom Accommodations
Partial Ocean View One Bedroom
We've got a total of nine Partial Ocean View One Bedroom units on the property. Two of these units (#106 & #206) overlook our heated, oceanfront freshwater pool, and are located in the Ilima wing; (the wing closest to the ocean). The other seven units are located in our Lehua wing. These 600 square foot units will accommodate up to five-person max, with a king-size bed in the bedroom (except unit #109 which has a queen-size bed), and both a traditional punee (twin-size bed) and a sofa bed in the living room.
Ocean View One Bedroom
We've got a total of four Ocean View One Bedroom units on the property. Two of these units (#105 & #205) overlook our heated, oceanfront freshwater pool, and are located in the Ilima wing; the wing closest to the ocean. The other two units are located in our Lehua wing. These four units have lanais with full views of the ocean and the island of Moloka'i, and are perfect for being lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the surf. These 600 square foot units will accommodate up to four person max, with a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
Oceanfront One Bedroom
Just steps from the white sandy beach at Napili Bay, our premium Ocean Front One Bedroom units are 600 square feet and will sleep up to four person max. Each unit has a king-size bed (except for unit #207 which has a queen-size bed) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The Oceanfront One Bedroom units located in our Ilima wing are just about as close as you can get to the beach without getting your feet in the sand! These units are just perfect to accommodate a family or to anchor a family reunion or gathering! They offer multiple lanais with views of the sparkling bay and the island of Moloka’i.
