Advance Deposit

  • A three-night deposit is required to confirm all reservations.

  • For Christmas holiday reservations, a seven-night deposit is required at time of booking; with a minimum of a 10-night stay.

  • We reserve the right to release any reservation for which a deposit has not been received.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

Deposit Refund and Cancellation

  • Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations received at least 30 days prior to arrival.

  • For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited – no refund is given.

  • Christmas Holiday cancellations are due by September 1st for a full refund.

  • Christmas Holiday cancellations received after September 1st, the deposit will be forfeited – no refund is given.

 

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in guaranteed after 3:00 pm

  • Check-out before 11 am.

  • Effective On June 1st, 2018

  • Daily ~ 9 am - 5 pm

Rates

  • Rates are subject to state and transient taxes – no resort fees or parking fees are charged.

  • Rates are subject to change; however, rates for confirmed reservations (with deposit) are guaranteed.

  • Management reserves the right to change room assignments.

Maximum Occupancy
 
  • We have established maximum occupancy levels for each category of a unit on the property; of which is strictly enforced.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking!
